Vacuum rubber

Vacuum rubber – extremely flexible and elastic rubber. Used for the production of intermediate products in vacuum systems.

Vacuum rubber – a reliable solution for sealing and protection

Vacuum rubber is one of the most valued materials used in sealing and protection solutions. Its properties, including high resistance to vacuum pressure and chemical agents, ensure reliability and durability even under the most extreme conditions. Vacuum rubber is widely used in various industries where a high-quality sealing solution is required to ensure operational efficiency and durability.

High resistance to vacuum pressure and chemical exposure

Vacuum rubber has extremely high resistance to vacuum pressure, making it ideal for industrial applications where sealing at low pressure is required. In addition, it is resistant to most chemicals, including acids, alkalis and petroleum products. This ensures its reliability and durability, even under harsh operating conditions, such as in the chemical industry, manufacturing plants or high-pressure systems.

Elasticity and strength for long service life

Vacuum rubber has excellent elasticity and strength, ensuring long life and consistent performance. These advantages allow it to maintain its properties even under frequent mechanical changes or extreme temperature fluctuations. These properties make vacuum rubber ideal for long-term, reliable use in sealing and protection systems.

Applications in various industries and technological processes

Vacuum rubber is widely used in various industries, from food processing to medicine, automotive and chemical industries. It is used both for sealing industrial equipment and for protection against environmental influences. In addition, vacuum rubber is ideal for technological processes that require high protection and sealing quality.

Vacuum rubber is extremely elastic and flexible. It has high sealing properties, low gas permeability, low weight, and resistance to tearing, heat, pressure, crushing and oil. This rubber is used to manufacture gaskets, seals and other components necessary for vacuum pumps, presses, steam equipment, pipelines (e.g. gas pipelines) and other vacuum systems. Due to its electrical non-conductivity, vacuum rubber is used in electrical insulation and can be laid on floors to protect against possible electrical discharge. Due to their elasticity and tightness, vacuum seals can be used in conditions of high vibration.

Vacuum rubber is manufactured and sold in rolls or in rope form for sealing various gaps and recesses.

Roll dimensions:

  • Thickness: 2-10 mm;
  • Width: 1000 mm;
  • Length: ~3000 mm.

Vacuum rope dimensions:

  • Rectangular: 8x15x50000 mm;
  • Round: 8/12×50000 mm.
