Neoprene (CR rubber)

Neoprene rubber (CR) is resistant to atmospheric influences, chemicals and some petroleum products. It is used in the manufacture of intermediate products, workbenches and mats. With its high compression resistance, this rubber is ideal for covering and sealing surfaces subject to high loads.

CR rubber – a versatile material for various industrial and technical solutions

CR (chloroprene) rubber is one of the most important and widely used elastomers in the industry. This rubber has exceptional properties such as chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and resistance to atmospheric effects. CR rubber is used in various industrial sectors to ensure durability and reliability even under difficult operating conditions.

Neoprene CR rubber: atmospheric resistance and durability

Neoprene CR rubber, one of the most commonly used elastomers, offers excellent atmospheric resistance. It tolerates ultraviolet rays, ozone and moisture well, making it a popular choice for outdoor applications. This rubber is also resistant to certain chemicals and provides long-lasting protection, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of industrial equipment.

Applications for supports, sealing solutions and industrial components

CR rubber is the ideal choice for a wide range of sealing solutions, such as door seals, pipe joints and mechanical component supports.

Due to its elasticity and strength, it is widely used in the automotive, electrical and construction industries, where effective protection against moisture, dust and other undesirable factors is required.

Price and quality – a competitive choice in Kaunas, Vilnius, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Klaipėda

CR rubber offers a competitive price-quality ratio, making it a popular choice for industrial companies. The use of this rubber allows for the optimisation of production costs, as it provides high resistance and durability, ensuring long-term performance even in difficult working conditions.

CR rubber – technical properties and industrial applications

CR rubber not only has excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, but also strength and durability, making it suitable for use in many industrial sectors.

This material is characterised by its ability to maintain its properties at high and low temperatures and in conditions where long-term resistance and tightness are required.

Resistance to chemical attack, temperature fluctuations and mechanical damage

CR rubber is highly resistant to various chemical products and performs well at both high and low temperatures. In addition, this material is resistant to mechanical damage such as scratches and cracks that can occur during frequent use or interaction with other materials.

Customised manufacturing and processing options

CR rubber can be manufactured to individual specifications, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

The manufacturing processes include both standard and customised rubber parts, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality and durability requirements.

Customised solutions and fast delivery throughout Lithuania

UAB Almeida ensures that CR rubber is delivered quickly and efficiently throughout Lithuania, including Kaunas, Vilnius, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Klaipėda. The manufacturing process allows us to offer customised solutions that meet specific order requirements, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time.

Neoprene rubber (CR) is a soft, durable synthetic rubber that retains its flexibility over a wide range of temperatures and in various weather conditions. It also has noise-reducing and waterproof properties and is resistant to tearing and crushing. These properties make CR rubber suitable for outdoor use and indispensable in the manufacture of gaskets, hoses and waterproof clothing. This rubber is also used to cover and seal various surfaces, even those subject to heavy loads. CR rubber is resistant to ozone, UV rays, fire, chemicals, oils (some petroleum products).

CR rubber is manufactured in sheets or rolls, but we can cut the desired quantity. We can also manufacture parts of the required shape according to the drawings provided. If you need a non-standard large rubber sheet, we can glue the rubber together, e.g. 12000×4000 mm.
