Microporous rubber

Microporous rubber (also known as porous or cellular rubber) is made from EPDM rubber and is characterised by its low weight. Microporous rubber is resistant to atmospheric influences (air, UV rays) and fire. The microporous structure of microporous rubber is closed, so it does not allow air to pass through and does not absorb water. Microporous rubber is used for thermal insulation, in the manufacture of gaskets and other seals, for coating parts and assemblies, for noise reduction, vibration reduction and thermal insulation.

We also sell microporous rubber sheets with one side adhesive.

Microporous rubber – the ideal material with holes for various industrial solutions

Microporous rubber is a unique material characterised by a porous structure that allows for effective regulation of air permeability and protection against various environmental factors. This rubber, with its small pore size, offers excellent properties that are widely used in various industrial solutions, ranging from rubber pads to other industrial components that require high resistance and elasticity.

Application as pads and open structure

Microporous rubber is often used as pads to ensure comfort and stability. Due to its porous structure, this rubber is easily deformable, which allows it to be adapted to various industrial needs, including the automotive industry, construction and other sectors where effective air permeability and shock absorption are required.

Porous structure: effective air permeability and protection

Porous microporous rubber offers excellent properties as its structure allows air to circulate freely while ensuring a high level of protection against moisture, dust and other undesirable factors. This helps to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency in a wide range of industrial applications where it is important to maintain an optimal environment.

Price and quality – the optimal choice for industrial equipment

Microporous rubber is highly valued for its price-quality ratio. It offers high performance and durability at a competitive price, making it an excellent choice for industrial equipment that requires an effective yet economical material.

Microporous rubber – technical properties and customisation

Microporous rubber has a variety of technical properties that make it suitable for use in a wide range of industrial sectors, including the automotive industry, construction and other manufacturing processes. Its versatility and flexible production methods ensure high performance and durability.

Resistance to mechanical damage and environmental influences

Microporous rubber is highly resistant to both mechanical damage and various environmental influences, including chemicals and temperature fluctuations. This allows it to be used in a variety of challenging environments where the material must withstand intense physical and chemical stress.

Microporous rubber (also known as porous or cellular rubber) is extremely flexible, lightweight and soft, and is made from EPDM rubber. Its microporous structure is closed, making it waterproof and airtight. These properties make it ideal for thermal insulation, noise reduction (often used in cinemas and concert halls), and the manufacture of seals and gaskets. Microporous rubber is also ideal for vibration damping.

Microporous rubber is resistant to UV rays, fire, chemicals and is non-toxic.

You can purchase microporous rubber with one side adhesive.

Microporous rubber is manufactured in sheets, but we can cut the desired quantity.
