Chevron strips are extremely strong, durable, resistant to abrasion, tearing, UV rays, and abrasive materials. They feature a V-shaped profile (can be molded together with the main belt or glued on) that ensures load stability even on conveyor curves and inclined sections (~40°). The belt is sufficiently rigid and resistant to stretching, while the profiles are flexible and soft (45-50 Sh).
Chevron belts are one of the main components of industrial conveyor systems used to transport goods and materials. Due to their specific structure and design, these belts ensure stable and efficient operation, especially when transporting heavier loads or materials that may slip on standard surfaces. Chevron belts are extremely reliable and resistant to various working conditions, ensuring long-term use.
Chevron strips are highly resistant to abrasion, temperature changes, and chemical exposure. Thanks to their unique structure and strong material, these strips are durable and can withstand harsh working conditions, ensuring uninterrupted operation for a long time.
Chevron belts can be made from a variety of materials to suit industrial needs and specifications. For example, rubber chevron belts are most commonly used in heavy transport, while PVC and polyester belts are often chosen for lighter tasks. Each type has its own advantages, depending on the requirements and the environment in which it will be used.
Due to their strength and stability, chevron belts are widely used in various industries, such as logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. They help achieve high operational efficiency and minimize the likelihood of errors, ensuring reliable material handling across all production lines.
Chevron belts are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. They are used in many industries where fast and safe transport of goods is important. Due to their various types and application possibilities, chevron tapes are extremely popular in both the logistics and manufacturing sectors.
Chevron straps are often used in warehousing and logistics processes where fast and efficient movement of goods is essential. They are also widely used in production lines where a strong and reliable transport system is required, especially when transporting heavy loads.
When choosing chevron belts, it is important to consider the load capacity, material, and structure of the belt.
Each industry has different requirements, so the choice depends on whether the belt will be used for heavy loads or lighter tasks. By taking these factors into account, you can ensure that the belt meets all industry requirements.
Chevron belts are delivered quickly and reliably to all major cities in Lithuania – Kaunas, Vilnius, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, and Klaipėda.
Fast and high-quality delivery is guaranteed in accordance with orders so that customers can start using their conveyor systems and ensure uninterrupted production or logistics processes.
Structure and manufacturing features
The structure of chevron belts is similar to that of conventional conveyor belts: a frame and several layers of fabric. However, the subsequent manufacturing processes differ because the profiles must be formed: the upper and lower surfaces are coated with a mixture of uncured rubber and the blank is placed in a special mold, which is also filled with rubber. Once the rubber has cured, the chevron belt is ready.
There is another production method, where the profiles are hot-bonded to the belt.
Possible uses
Chevron conveyor belts are most commonly used for transporting powdery, granular, and other bulk cargo:
coal and ore;
fertilizers;
steel granules;
grain;
lime;
sugar, salt;
vegetables, fruit;
etc.
Chevron belts are also used to transport cargo packed in bags.
We sell chevron belts in rolls or cut them to the required length in meters. Please contact our manager for belt dimensions, properties, and other details.
