Abrasion-resistant rubber

A specially developed material type that is characterized by extremely high resistance to mechanical abrasion, especially abrasive abrasion (due to friction with hard particles). Such rubbers are used in various industrial applications where there is a high risk of abrasive friction, such as in transport chains, conveyors, wear parts and bearings, or in items that regularly come into contact with sand, stones or other hard particles.

Abrasion-resistant rubber – a durable solution for demanding conditions

Abrasion-resistant rubber is specially designed to withstand the severe abrasion and wear that can occur in industrial, construction, and other demanding environments.

This material has excellent mechanical properties that ensure long-term performance even under extreme working conditions.

Applications in industry and construction

Abrasion-resistant rubber is often used in various industries and construction sectors where high resistance to abrasion and friction is required. It is used in the manufacture of components that are subject to constant mechanical stress, such as conveyor belts, rubber seals, construction tools, and many other industrial products.

Abrasion resistance and long service life

Abrasion-resistant rubber offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and wear. This material retains its properties for a long time, even under heavy use. This helps to reduce maintenance costs for industrial equipment and structures, as worn components need to be replaced less often, which directly contributes to operational efficiency.

Abrasion-resistant rubber and its benefits in various sectors

Due to its abrasion resistance, this rubber ensures durability and reliability in the automotive industry, manufacturing, and construction. Its use in industry and construction allows for greater productivity and reduced downtime, as the risk of equipment failure due to friction and wear is reduced.

Technical properties and manufacturing possibilities of abrasion-resistant rubber

Abrasion-resistant rubber is not only highly resistant to friction, but also has other technical properties that make it suitable for use in a wide range of designs and industrial sectors. It is a material that stands out for its durability and strength, making it widely used in both normal and extreme working conditions.

Resistance to friction and wear in various structures

Abrasion-resistant rubber is an ideal material for structures that are frequently exposed to wear and friction. Its structure allows it to withstand various mechanical stresses, which is why it is often used in construction and industry, where long-lasting and robust solutions are required.

Fast order fulfillment and custom manufacturing

This rubber is manufactured to individual orders, ensuring fast production and precise solutions according to customer requirements. This allows for the creation of optimal products that fully meet specific technical requirements, whether for specialized industrial solutions or widely used components.

Durability and suitability for intensive working conditions

Due to its resistance to abrasion and friction, abrasion-resistant rubber ensures durability and is ideal for use even under extreme working conditions. This helps to ensure uninterrupted production and lower maintenance costs, as rubber components remain functional for a long time, reducing downtime and the need for repairs.

Abrasion-resistant rubber is an excellent solution for various industrial sectors where long-term resistance to abrasion, wear, and mechanical damage is required. Its use not only ensures high efficiency but also reduces maintenance and downtime costs.

It is a highly abrasion-resistant rubber sheet material, particularly suitable for applications such as slurry chute linings, wear protection, conveyor systems, and shooters.

Rubber for abrasion resistance can be made from various materials, such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or special rubber compounds with various reinforcing materials or additives to increase their mechanical resistance.

Application

It is most commonly used for its superior abrasion resistance, excellent tensile strength, and high elasticity, helping to solve mechanical impact damage and corrosion. Its tensile strength is up to 25 MPa.

This rubber is made from high-quality natural rubber that is resistant to abrasion, impact, and corrosion. It provides unmatched wear resistance in the most severe abrasion conditions.

Recommendations

SBR rubber is not recommended for use with oils, acids, greases, fats, and ozone.

The sheet is made of pure natural rubber, which gives it high elasticity and non-toxic properties.

This rubber is used in various industries. Due to its cut resistance, it is the only choice for certain pipe, gutter tank, and valve inserts.

The rubber is manufactured in sheets or rolls, but we can cut the desired quantity. We can also manufacture parts of the required shape according to the provided drawing. If you need a non-standard large rubber sheet, we can glue the rubber together, e.g. 12000×4000 mm.
