Hydraulic hoses are used in high-pressure hydraulic systems. They are manufactured in single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer and multi-layer versions – with an inner, outer and intermediate rubber layer and a metal or polymer cord. The higher the pressure, the more layers are needed for the hose to withstand the loads. Single-layer hoses are used in systems up to 200 bar, double-layer hoses up to 300 bar, and so on.

When selecting hydraulic hoses, it is important to consider the fluid flow and pressure. Also, consider the hose’s resistance to the physical and chemical properties of the circulating fluid, temperature, wear characteristics, and price.
